Remote Work Policy & Agreement

Organizations that implement a remote work arrangement need  two operating documents. The first document is the Remote Work Policy that outlines the expectations for the employees, technology, and work environment. The second document is the Remote Work Agreement that states the conditions of the work arrangement and requires a signature from the employee and their manager.

Below you will find sample documents to use in your organization. Pay close attention to the areas highlighted in yellow and revise to fit the operating procedures of your organization.
